Slight deviation from the classic based on what we usually have in our bar.
- 1.5oz unaged rum (Probitas)
- 1oz peach brandy
- 1oz House Gardenia Mix
- 1/2oz Jamaican rum (Smith and Cross)
- 1/2oz lime juice
- 3 drops Elemakule tiki bitters
Blend with 1/2 cup ice. Add to glass and top with crusted ice. Garnish with flower and freshly grated nutmeg.
