House Pearl Diver

Slight deviation from the classic based on what we usually have in our bar.

  • 1.5oz unaged rum (Probitas)
  • 1oz peach brandy
  • 1oz House Gardenia Mix
  • 1/2oz Jamaican rum (Smith and Cross)
  • 1/2oz lime juice
  • 3 drops Elemakule tiki bitters

Blend with 1/2 cup ice. Add to glass and top with crusted ice. Garnish with flower and freshly grated nutmeg.
